Penelope has been practising in her Rozelle clinic for the past 36 years, after 15 years as a ceramic artist.
As well as running a successful private practice, working with people of all ages and from all walks of life, she has been training new teachers of the Alexander Technique for 15 years – five years at the Alexander Technique Associates' Centre in Artarmon and 10 years at the Sydney Alexander School in Surry Hills. She is currently moderating the Canberra Alexander teacher training school.
She also runs a weekly Qigong class, blending Tai Chi and Alexander Technique.
At present she is also running online Qigong and Alexander Technique sessions.
