What qualifications do teachers have?
To qualify as Teachers in this work, individuals must undergo three years of competancy based training at an AUSTAT approved training school.
Aiming for a high level of teaching maturity calls for a process of ongoing learning, responsibilty and refinement. Continuing education and evaluation are considered the norm in the Alexander community.
