Your Teacher may ask you to remove your shoes or any heavy jewellry, that's all. For work on the table, you'll be supine with knees flexed. You will find it more comfortable to wear loose clothing. The Teacher applies guiding non-invasive hands to invite a releasing and lengthening of your muscles.
