I took my first yoga class in my early 20’s and was immediately hooked.  After completing my yoga teacher training with The Australian Institute of Yoga in 2004, I established Yoga Hut.

After some years of teaching, I began seeking  more information about what I was doing to myself in my yoga practice and my daily life that may be causing injury or pain. I stumbled across the Alexander Technique and the missing link for me.  I trained as an Alexander technique teacher at the School for FM Alexander Studies in Melbourne.

Alexander Technique makes simple movements feel lighter and easier and helps alleviate tension and pain in the body.

Yoga and Alexander Technique together offer a subtle method of changing harmful habits and help you move towards less pain and more freedom in all your daily activities.
