Teaching the Alexander Technique to young musicians


Roy describes a day in which he taught the Alexander Technique to a group of musicians at a sixth form. He explains the benefits of learning the skills employed in the technique, in order to stand, sit and hold an instrument with minimal effort and also the mental benefits.
