For Bronwyn, the Alexander Technique has enabled her to live life with more comfort, ease and joy, following her experience of chronic back pain and migraine. Through her practice, Bronwyn works to find deeper knowledge and understanding of how the technique serves to relieve chronic pain as well as its application to the use of the voice and to the practice of meditation. The technique is a skill for life, a support that can always be relied upon to help cope with stress and improve general functioning. Bronwyn's practice aims to empower students with ways to help themselves overcome difficulties and in particular chronic and persisting pain.
