Kate’s research has been very extensive, she has read all the books on FM’s history, and found some new material. She had had years of Alexander lessons. Her book is already sparking more interest in the Alexander Technique.
The book was launched at the Hobart Book shop on 1st May 2025. Penny attended the launch and found her knowledge of FM’s early years and his influences to be very impressive. We will have a review of her book in the next ITM.
