Vivien will introduce her updated and expanded third edition of How to Establish and Maintain a Strong Client Base. The original version was written in 1996, specifically for Teachers of the Alexander Technique. This edition is for all client and customer-based businesses but is still rich in examples that use the Alexander Technique, since this is the private practice that Vivien established for herself. The presentation itself will be short, and Vivien will want to answer your questions and lead an interactive discussion-please come prepared!
