Many people are concerned with their posture and how it is affecting their appearance, their wellbeing and contributing to pain and tension in the body.

The Alexander Technique can help you change habits of movement.  Historically, “good posture” implies a fixed position, however we are constantly moving even when we may appear to be still.  The Alexander Technique allows you to find freedom and ease in all movements, and helps to build stamina, strength and a calm state of mind in our everyday activities.
