Submission Guidelines
Our ITM Editor welcomes submissions from financial AUSTAT Members.
By submitting an item for publication in ITM you acknowledge and accept:
- That confirmation of receipt of your submission will not be acknowledged unless requested
- That you will advise the Editor if your submission has appeared in its entirety or in edited form in any other publication including web publishing
- That your submission may be edited, shortened, and/or reformatted at the Editors’ discretion
Help save the Editors’ time by:
- Checking your submission for accuracy of details and content.
- Checking that all phone numbers, email, and website addresses are correct (these will not be checked by Editors)
- Using computer spell check or dictionary (UK or Aust) to correct spelling errors.
- Ensuring that abbreviations and acronyms (ie titles, places, etc.) are recorded somewhere in submission in full.
Send your contribution to the editorial team by email or post. Email is preferred.

Send your submission in body of email, in 11 point Arial.
In Subject field, name the document as follows:
- ITM issue number + family name + initial + meaningful title + version of correspondence (ie first email is Email 1. If you need to send another email relating to same submission it would be Email 2, etc. For example: ITM17_SMITH_L_LETTERTOEDITOR_EMAIL 5.
Post submissions to: ITM Editor, C/O AUSTAT, PO Box 409 Benalla, 3671, Australia. Typewritten double spaced preferred, or legibly handwritten.
