We have a very full program each day, staring at 7am with a yoga class with David Moore, Then there are morning and afternoon session with Jeando.. The price incudes meals and single room accommodation at the beautiful Maitripa Centre about 90 minutes out of Melbourne.

This will be our third retreat at Fontemaggio in Assisi and includes tuition, single or shared room and breakfast and lunch.
For those who may be interested, the retreat is bracketed by the famous Spoleto Festival and you can book concerts before and after the retreat, and either stay at Fontemaggio and travel by car or taxi to Spoletto and book a room in Spoletto. Here are the details for this year’s festival.
