Wellbeing

Our day-to-day lives are often repetitive.  This can also mean the movements we make from day to day are repetitive.  Our bodies develop particular patterns of movement without us even realising.  A slump becomes the norm, a twist to one side feels straight, tight shoulders or a gripped tummy slide under our awareness.  Over time this can lead to pain, tension and injury.

The Alexander Technique can help bring habits that cause pain and tension to the forefront and in doing so, give you the choice to change the way you move and think, in order to improve how you feel both physically and mentally.  This simple technique can provide profound benefits to our wellbeing.
